A: Pick your item, send us your own design on the after-order image upload page, and we'll handle the rest. You can place an order through our website or contact us directly.

Q: Can I see a proof before you engrave?
A: Absolutely! We’ll send you a digital proof to approve before we start engraving.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 5-7 business days after proof approval. Custom details can sometimes add a bit more time, but we keep you posted!

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: Nope! Whether you want one unique piece or a dozen, we’re ready to laser your requests.

Q: What size customization can you accommodate?
A: We can engrave small to medium-sized items. If your item is super huge or extra tiny, contact us so we can figure out the purr-fect fit.

Q: Can you engrave photos or intricate designs?
A: Yes! We love turning your photos and complex designs into stunning engravings, though extremely fine details might simplify a bit to keep things sharp.

Q: What if my custom engraving isn’t exactly how I pictured it?
A: We want you to be thrilled! If something seems off, reach out right away. We’ll work with you until your laser-engraved treasure is just right.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
A: Not currently, but feel free to ask about special packaging—we’re happy to help make your gift extra special!

Q: How do I care for my engraved piece?
A: Treat it like your favorite vintage vinyl—avoid harsh chemicals, keep it dry, and gently dust as needed to keep the engraving sharp and shiny. For stainless-steel powder-coated colored tumblers, a Magic Eraser or similar cleaning device with water will shine the stainless engraving up without harming the powder coat finish.

Q: Can I send you my item, which I already own, to be engraved? A: Not at this time. We only engrave items we have in stock, as we do test engravings on each type of item to ensure the proper laser settings are used to make the best engraving results. We don’t want to just make a guess on the settings and ruin your item accidentally.
