We are a small, 100% veteran-owned business in the heart of Texas. Laser engraving items isn’t our job; it’s our passion. Our goal is to take your artwork, logo, meme, etc., and engrave it onto wooden, stone, or metal items, including cups and tumblers. We give you the opportunity to have that item you always wanted, from a picture engraved onto fine wood to a tumbler declaring you the Command Specialist Major of the Army.

How it works
It’s an easy process, but some manual work is needed. The total processing time from order to being shipped is 2–7 days.
Find your desired product and complete your order with the online ordering system.
Send us the image you want engraved via the link at the top of the page or on the order screen. Don’t forget to leave us notes for which image goes to which item.
We will send you a proof image of the engraving file to approve.
UPS Picks up your items and brings them to you. UPS is our preferred method of shipment; however, if you have a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, we have to use USPS.
Receive and enjoy your goodies!
We gladly ship to any Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office (AP0/FPO) address. We will contact you if we need any additional information for the U.S. Customs forms.
If you prefer to pay from an E-Invoice rather than the online ordering system, contact us at sales@jandtbcs.com with the images you want to engrave, the products you’d like, if you are a tax-exempt agency, etc., and we will send you a detailed invoice you can pay online. We only accept paper checks from businesses, government organizations, and non-profits. There is up to a 7-day delay for paper check payments.
Unless it is an absolute emergency, there is no express processing available. If you are having an engraving emergency, please contact us and send us your image to be engraved at sales@jandtbcs.com to see if we can accommodate you. You will be E-invoiced instead of using the online ordering system for your products, express shipping, and emergency processing fees to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
We cannot do major editing on your image. You will always receive a proof image to approve before we engrave your products, which will show in black and white; the final image used to engrave the product will show where the laser will engrave. An automated system to upload your photos during the order would be nicer and more efficient, but how we do it is more economical, and we can pass those savings on to you.
